Our commitment to sustainability and the environment.

We currently collaborate with different organizations and associations on sustainable agriculture projects, working to promote the cultivation of carob in different areas:

• Obtaining a carbon footprint: our customers can read about the results of this research in the next edition of our newsletter. These calculations are designed to demonstrate the sustainability of carob plantations and the importance of this tree, which is also resistant to such extreme conditions as fires and drought, and therefore of benefit to environmental biodiversity.

• Promotion and improvement of carob farming: improving carob multiplication and promoting new and modern plantations. This project is in full swing and the first results are now through. This is a medium term project seeking crop sustainability and modernization for the benefit of all involved in the chain, choppers, producers and consumers.
