To understand our customers’ needs, offering a product and a service that meets all of their specific input requirements, thus ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.

To strengthen recognition by clients and suppliers by producing products of satisfactory, safe and reliable quality, and actively collaborating and participating in the resolution of any problems that might arise.

Promote on-going improvements to any modifications to our processes or new processes that are to be developed, observing adequate quality, safety and environmental guidelines, in consonance with the organisation.

The commitment to comply with all legal requirements and applicable regulations, and any other requirements affecting us in relation to quality, food safety and environmental aspects of the company, as well as those associated to the purchase, handling, packaging and sale of kibbled carob and carob gum.

Provision of the necessary human and technological resources in relation to quality, food safety and the environment, and to any other technical or operative aspect; renewing and modernising the facilities and equipment, and training and motivating staff.

Instil among the company’s staff an adequate culture with regard to quality, food safety and environmental concerns, and foster sustainable development and guarantee the health of our consumers.

Establish specific annual objectives and monitor the same in order to ensure on-going improvements.
